Terms and Conditions

Optimum Brasses is a Limited Company and will be referred to as Optimum.

Goods sold will remain the property of Optimum until full payment is made and may be reclaimed by Optimum if such payment is not made.

If faulty Main Catalogue goods are returned to Optimum a full refund will be made. Similarly, a refund will be made for Matchmaker Supplement items, which do not comply with a sample previously obtained by the customer.

If Main Catalogue goods are returned to Optimum for reasons other than faultiness, provided that the items are in good condition, a refund of the actual price of the items will be made, but not carriage or insurance expenses.

For items illustrated in the Matchmaker Supplements, and specially made to order for the customer, the terms and conditions printed in the prefaces to the Matchmaker Supplements will apply.

Main Catalogue items will be sent within 7 days unless the customer is informed and agrees to a longer lead time. If the customer does so agree, the processing of payment will be delayed appropriately.

Delivery will be tracked and insured unless the customer opts for standard Royal Mail first class postage or standard Airmail.
